Englobe Law LLP is a small litigation and business law firm headquartered in downtown Toronto, with a second office in North York. The firm was founded by Elham Beygi and Vahid Yeganeh, who lead a team covering business and corporate law, civil litigation, criminal defence, family law, immigration, and wills and estates. Its lawyers are licensed by the Law Society of Ontario, and the firm's website and consultations are offered in both English and Farsi.

Beygi's litigation background includes work at Cambridge LLP and Morrison Law, alongside an academic career: an LLM in Canadian Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, a PhD (ABD) in Legal Philosophy from McMaster University, and teaching in law and society, political science, and legal philosophy at McMaster University, York University, and the University of Toronto. Beygi belongs to the South Asian Bar Association of North America and the Women's Law Association of Ontario. Yeganeh is licensed to practice law in both Ontario and Iran and previously advised Toronto Metropolitan University on commercial contract matters, bringing that cross-border and criminal law background to the firm's Canadian defence and immigration files. The firm also publishes recurring blog series on federal court trends and business law developments.
