Edgar Chana Law Professional Corporation is a small Toronto firm that has practised exclusively in wills, estates and trusts since it was founded in 2013 by Ambie Edgar-Chana and Aaron Edgar, who previously worked at large Bay Street firms. The firm was founded to provide estate and trust planning services at more reasonable rates. The practice doesn't take on other areas of law. Its work covers estate planning, probate and trust planning, and its clients include Canada's largest banks and trust companies, financial advisors, financial planners and accountants, along with the individuals those institutions refer.

Ambie Edgar-Chana holds the TEP designation from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, authored or edited a section of O'Brien's, Wills and Trusts, and is a former president of the Estate Planning Council of Toronto. Aaron Edgar came to law after working as an electrical engineer developing integrated circuits for a telecommunications startup, and now focuses on estate planning and probate work, including planning for disabled beneficiaries and blended families. Both lawyers have been recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada for trusts and estates since 2025.
