DR Injury & Disability Law is a small personal injury and disability firm in Toronto, with an office on Yonge Street in North York. Founded by Daniel Rabinovitch, the firm represents clients across Ontario in motor vehicle accident, accident benefits, long term disability, and slip and fall claims, along with catastrophic injury and wrongful death matters. Every case runs on a contingency fee basis, so clients don't pay legal fees unless the firm recovers compensation on their behalf. Because many clients are dealing with an injury, consultations can be arranged in person, by phone, over Zoom, or at a client's home, hospital, or rehabilitation facility.

Rabinovitch pairs a science background with legal training: a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University and a law degree from the University of Western Ontario, followed by a call to the Ontario Bar in 2019. Before starting this practice, Rabinovitch articled at a small personal injury firm and worked as an associate at Howie, Sacks & Henry LLP, a Toronto personal injury firm. The firm's senior paralegal, Ivy So, brings more than two decades of experience with Ontario's accident benefits system and has argued numerous disputes before the Licence Appeal Tribunal. So is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, so clients can be assisted in either language as well as English.
