About Daniel

Daniel Rabinovitch is the founder and principal lawyer at DR Injury & Disability Law, with a practice focused exclusively on personal injury and disability claims. He has a background in Kinesiology and Health Science, which he says gives him added insight into injury, recovery, and the real-world impact an accident can have on someone's daily life. Rabinovitch earned his law degree from the University of Western Ontario and has practised exclusively in personal injury litigation throughout his career. He regularly represents clients before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Licence Appeal Tribunal, and has volunteered with Pro Bono Canada at the Victoria Children's Hospital and the Family Law Project. He was recognized by Best Lawyers Canada as one of the 'Ones to Watch' for 2026, and he is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Canadian Bar Association, the Advocates' Society, and the Ontario Bar Association.
