DMC LLP is a Toronto law firm that has worked exclusively with dentists and Dental Service Organizations since 2010. The firm was founded by David Mayzel and Michael Carabash, who built the practice around a single client type instead of a general caseload. The firm advises on buying and selling dental practices, structuring and joining DSOs, employment contracts, leasing, corporate matters, and wills and powers of attorney for dentists. Carabash holds a BA, LLB, JD, MBA and a CDPM designation, and Mayzel holds a BA, LLB and a CDPM designation. The founders have said their narrow focus was met with skepticism at first, but the firm grew as demand from dentists turned out to be larger than expected.

DMC LLP bills dental clients a fixed rate rather than charging by the hour, without commissions. Its main office is on Duncan Mill Road in Toronto, and it has a second office on Preston Street in Ottawa. Since 2014, the firm has run an annual dental outreach trip to the Caribbean with the Sandals Foundation and Great Shape! Inc., bringing Canadian dentists and dental students to volunteer clinics in Jamaica, Grenada and Saint Lucia. The firm's work, including the outreach trips, has been covered by the National Post, the Globe and Mail, the Toronto Star, CTV News and Global News.
