Di Yuan, Barrister & Solicitor is a solo bilingual practice with an office in Suite 1400 at 330 Bay Street in downtown Toronto. Di Yuan is licensed in Ontario as a lawyer and Notary Public and works in three areas: fertility law agreements, wills and powers of attorney, and notary services. The fertility law work covers parentage declarations and the drafting of sperm donation, egg donation, and surrogacy agreements, along with independent legal advice for a party on the other side of one of these arrangements. Consultations are available in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Before being called to the bar, Di Yuan spent seven years working in the reproductive medicine industry, time the firm's site describes as spent alongside doctors and nurses on the front line of fertility care. That experience carried into law school, where coursework concentrated on litigation, administrative law, family law, and the legislation governing third party assisted reproduction. Di Yuan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, with honours, from Carleton University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa. The firm's site describes the practice as the only bilingual reproductive medicine law practice in Toronto, drawing on that clinical background to help clients understand the risks involved before they sign a donor or surrogacy agreement.
