GTA Legal is the practice name for Duncan E. Boardman Barrister & Solicitor, a small real estate, wills, and estates practice on Coxwell Avenue in Toronto's east end. Duncan Boardman earned a law degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1988 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1990, bringing more than 35 years of practice to real estate closings, mortgage refinancing, wills, powers of attorney, and estate and probate work.

The firm is also a Notary Public and keeps three Commissioners of Oaths on staff, so documents can be signed, sworn, or commissioned without a separate stop elsewhere. Real estate work goes beyond straightforward purchases and sales to private mortgage lending, connecting borrowers and lenders through the firm's own network, and to condominium status certificate review for buyers. Two law clerks round out the office: Nikita Boardman and Lukas Hoeft, both law graduates of the University of Essex with First Class Honours, and both pursuing accreditation as National Committee on Accreditation candidates. Nikita Boardman is also completing a Master of Laws at the University of Toronto.
