Gerald Cohen founded the practice in 1956, and William Chasse later joined as a partner, giving the firm its current name. Lawrence M. Cohen, a member of the Cohen family, joined the practice in 1984, and Alison C. Cohen, also a member of the Cohen family, joined in 2014. Three generations of the Cohen family have now run the firm, which has served the Etobicoke and Toronto community for more than 60 years.
Lawrence M. Cohen (B.A., L.L.B.) and Alison C. Cohen (B.A., J.D.) run the practice today.
