Litigation at Bozzo Law isn't pursued for its own sake, from early case assessment right through to appeals. The aim is to understand the problem, find the leverage and choose the route that stands to leave the client in a stronger position. Justin strives to be an ally to clients: willing to advocate with courage when that's needed, and just as willing to say candidly when a settlement, a compromise or some other path is the wiser choice.
Not every legal problem needs an ongoing retainer. In mediation, the parties keep control over whether their dispute settles and on what terms. On solicitor work, the goal is to understand what the client wants to achieve, spot the legal and commercial risks, and prepare documents that move those goals forward while cutting down avoidable uncertainty and conflict.
