Blacklock Law Firm Professional Corporation is a Toronto insurance defence and civil litigation firm based in south Etobicoke. Joanne Blacklock, a 1997 graduate of the University of Western Ontario's law school, founded the firm in 2012 after earlier practising at a large downtown Toronto firm, and has since practised law in Ontario for more than 25 years. The firm mainly represents insurers and corporations across Canada and the United States, and it also takes on a limited number of plaintiff files.

The firm's work covers automobile accident claims, occupiers' liability and slip and fall matters, subrogated claims, construction disputes, product liability, municipal and tavern liability, accident benefits claims, and hearings before the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal. Its lawyers have appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. One associate is licensed in both Ontario and Manitoba, holds an LLM from the University of Toronto and a JD from the University of Leeds, and previously practised corporate, commercial, and Indigenous law litigation in Manitoba.
