Before law, Adam worked in the securities industry at the Bank of Montreal's Nesbitt Burns offices in Toronto and Vancouver. Since then the litigation side of the practice has reached every level of court in Ontario, a range of tribunals and the Supreme Court of Canada.

Estate planning and administration
Will consultations aim to carry out what the client wants while keeping the tax and probate bill for the estate down, and they cover things like care for minor children. Voutour v. MVG Investments Inc., 2024 ONSC 5283
In this Construction Act claim, Adam J. Ezer acted for the plaintiff, Jody Voutour. The court found that Mr. Voutour had proven an enforceable construction contract to renovate a Danforth Avenue rental unit in exchange for payment of labour and material costs from the building's eventual sale, and gave Mr. Voutour personal judgment for breach of contract damages.
