A charity might phone about a donor's gift, then phone again eighteen months later.
Managing Partner Sholom Goldberg has more than ten years of experience in probate matters. Michael Amurjuev, Counsel at the firm and Principal at Amurjuev Law, has a deep background in probate, financing work, and litigation over tax and estates. Counsel Avital Dorfman articled at LawPro Ontario and concentrates on probate applications and estate litigation.

Practice areas
Probate applications and executor advice
The firm prepares probate applications for estates of every level of complexity, including when a bank or another institution wants to see a Certificate of Appointment. Once the court has granted that certificate, it continues to advise executors and trustees on what comes next.
Acting as estate trustee
When a family needs it, the firm will take on the estate trustee role itself and carry the whole estate through, from the probate application to the final distribution.
Estate disputes, compensation and accounts
