Eisen Dyer LLP is a three lawyer criminal defence firm at 89 Collier Street in downtown Barrie, Ontario. The practice carries forward Cugelman & Eisen, the partnership Mitch Eisen ran with Bernard Cugelman from 1993 until Cugelman's retirement at the end of 2024. On January 1, 2025, Eisen partnered with Emily Dyer, who had articled at the firm and then worked there as an associate since 2020, and the practice took its current name. Andrew Knott, an associate who joined in 2021, rounds out the team. The firm takes on the full range of criminal defence work, from impaired driving and domestic assault to drug charges, theft and fraud, sexual assault, and homicide, along with youth criminal justice and provincial and federal regulatory offences.

Eisen has practised law since 1991 and is a Law Society of Ontario Certified Specialist in Criminal Law, with a year spent practising criminal law in New Zealand in 1996. Dyer is a graduate of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, with a certificate in Aboriginal Legal Studies, and now serves as the Simcoe County/Muskoka director with the Criminal Lawyers Association. Knott, a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, received the school's Ian Scott Public Interest Award and volunteers with Fair Change Community Services, representing vulnerable clients charged with provincial offences at no cost.
