Lakhan Tram LLP is a small family law and civil litigation firm based in Mississauga, Ontario, serving clients across the Greater Toronto Area and the Peel Region. Litigators Ravi Sean Lakhan and Daniel Tram co-founded the firm and built the practice around family law and related civil disputes rather than general legal work. Lakhan holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science and history from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London, and two Master of Laws degrees from Osgoode Hall Law School, in common law and international business. Before entering law, Lakhan spent more than a decade as a risk management consultant, then articled at a litigation firm in North York and later led a family law team at one of Mississauga's largest full service firms. Tram studied sociology and psychology at McMaster University, then completed a law degree at the University of Surrey with a focus on family, tort, and civil litigation, articling at a litigation firm in downtown Toronto.

The firm's civil litigation practice covers construction disputes, contract and debt claims, real estate litigation, and fraud matters, alongside a family law practice covering support, custody, property division, and domestic contracts. H.C. Calvin Huong, who has practiced law since 1997, serves as counsel to the firm and leads its South Asian Practice Group and Federal Courts Practice. The office is in Mississauga's City Centre, though the firm's litigators regularly appear before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice in Brampton, where Peel Region court matters are heard.
