Tundra Law Professional Corporation is a solo business law practice based in Ottawa, Ontario, founded by Jessie Luo in 2025. Luo is licensed as a Barrister and Solicitor in Ontario and also holds a law licence in China (non practising), along with a Global Professional LLM from the University of Toronto, a J.D. from Sun Yat-sen University, and a B.A. from Beijing Foreign Studies University. Before opening Tundra Law, Luo worked as outsourced senior legal counsel to mid cap industrial companies, then earlier as an associate lawyer in the Ottawa office of a major Canadian business law firm, and before that as a lawyer in the Guangzhou office of an international law firm in China.

The firm serves micro, small, and medium sized businesses that don't have full in house legal teams, offering corporate and commercial work such as incorporations, mergers and acquisitions, financing, and tax driven reorganizations including section 85 rollovers. It also handles commercial contracts covering supply chains, distribution, and franchising, plus cross border matters between Canada and China, drawing on Luo's background studying and working in both countries. Tundra Law offers services in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
