About Jessie
Jessie Luo is the founder and principal lawyer at Tundra Law, where she focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private lending and financing, tax-driven reorganizations, and corporate governance for small and medium-sized businesses. She holds a Global Professional LL.M. from the University of Toronto, a J.D. from Sun Yat-sen University, and a B.A. from Beijing Foreign Studies University, and is called to the bar in Ontario as well as in China (non-practising). Before founding Tundra Law, she worked as outsourced senior legal counsel to mid-cap industrial companies, as an associate in the Ottawa office of a Canadian business law firm, and earlier in the Guangzhou office of an international law firm in China.
