ASB Law Office is a small real estate and corporate law firm operating out of a suite on Colonnade Road in Nepean, a district of Ottawa, Ontario. The firm has served clients for more than 10 years and has closed more than 2,000 files, working mainly on residential and commercial real estate transactions, condominium and land deals, mortgage financing agreements, and leases. On the corporate side, it advises entrepreneurs and small and medium sized businesses across Canada on commercial contracts, business purchases and sales, shareholder agreements, and employer contracts.

Founder Ajaywant Singh Brar earned a Bachelor in Social and Legal Sciences and a Bachelor of Law from ILS Law College in Pune, India, in 2008, then a Masters in Taxation Law from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2010. Brar's background includes three years at a law firm in New Delhi, a tax clinic placement helping resolve client disputes with the IRS, and work on tax matters at Ernst & Young, before articling through the Law Practice Program at Ryerson University and working as an articling student and later associate at Warren and Jansen, now known as Jansen Law, in Kemptville, Ontario. Brar was admitted to the Bar by the Law Society of Ontario in June 2015 and has more than 10 years of legal experience in real estate, dental, and corporate law.
