Mann Lawyers LLP is a full service law firm based in Ottawa, with a second office in Perth, Ontario. Founder Ted Mann trained as a composer at the University of Toronto before switching to law at Osgoode Hall, and after practising in Toronto and Prince Edward Island, moved to Ottawa in 1987 and opened the practice in 1994 under the name Gold Gilbert Mann. It became Mann & Associates in 1999, Mann & Partners LLP with eight lawyers in 2003, and took its current name in 2014 as the roster reached seventeen lawyers. A team from Burke-Robertson LLP joined in 2017, pushing the firm past thirty lawyers, and it marked twenty five years in practice in 2019.
The firm now practices business law, family law, wills and estates, real estate, employment law, personal injury, and civil and commercial litigation, working out of an Ottawa office on Holland Avenue and a Perth office on Herriott Street.
