Frouhar Law is a criminal defence firm based in downtown Ottawa, with an office at 190 O'Connor Street. Founding partner Mash Frouhar was called to the Ontario Bar in 2009 after earning a B.A. in Criminology and an LL.B. through the French Common Law Program at the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Law. Before opening the practice, Frouhar worked as an Assistant Crown Attorney and as a defence lawyer with Legal Aid Ontario, then spent several years at an established Ottawa criminal defence firm. Connie D'Angelo, called to the Bar of Ontario in 1993 and a member of the American DUI Defense Lawyers Association, also practices with the firm, focusing on impaired driving and white collar defence.

The firm's caseload spans the spectrum of criminal charges, from assault, drug offences and firearms charges through to homicide, sexual offences and human trafficking, along with Police Services Act and SIU proceedings and notary public services. Frouhar Law applies Gladue principles when representing Indigenous clients, noting that the considerations extend to serious charges and don't require a personal connection to a specific community. Beyond Ottawa, the firm's lawyers travel to courthouses across Eastern Ontario, including Brockville, Kemptville, Perth, Smiths Falls and Cornwall. Services are offered in English and French, with Frouhar also practising in Farsi and D'Angelo in Italian.
