Theberge Professional Corporation is a solo law practice based in London, Ontario, run by Michelle R. Theberge. Theberge was called to the Ontario bar in 2005 and spent more than a decade practicing law in Toronto before relocating to London with family in 2014. Before earning a law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School, Theberge owned a business, and that background now shapes a practice built around keeping legal costs proportionate to what's actually at stake in a file.

The firm covers family law, estates, business and corporate law, employment law, and litigation, and a good share of the caseload sits where those areas overlap: divorces and separations where a spouse owns a business, property division involving real estate or corporate valuations, and disputes between relatives who are also business partners. Theberge has said the decision to practice family law traces back to watching parents separate during childhood, and the practice generally tries out of court solutions first, though litigation experience runs to the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and the B.C. Supreme Court.
