The practice has stayed in the Provenzano family across two generations. Frank's brother, Carmen Provenzano, practiced alongside Frank while representing Sault Ste. Marie in the House of Commons of Canada from 1997 to 2004. Frank's son, Christian Provenzano, took over responsibility for the firm on January 1, 2009, and later served as the city's mayor from 2015 to 2022 while continuing to manage the practice. Today the team includes four lawyers, along with legal assistants and administrative staff.
