About Zachary

Zachary Silverberg joined Mills & Mills LLP as an associate in 2019 and became a partner in 2024. He previously worked at a Toronto litigation boutique, where he handled commercial, employment, insurance and class action disputes. His current practice at Mills & Mills covers employment law, estate law and commercial litigation, and he has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal, the Divisional Court and the Superior Court of Justice. Silverberg holds a BA with Honours in History from the University of Western Ontario (2011) and a JD from Western's Faculty of Law (2014), and was called to the bar in 2015. He belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Advocates Society and the Toronto Lawyers Association, and sits on the board of the Yonge + St. Clair Business Improvement Area.
