About Yenny

Yenny Trinh co-founded Mercado Trinh Law LLP with Alona Mercado in November 2015 and is a partner at the firm. She was called to the Manitoba bar in 2001, having summered and articled at Taylor McCaffrey LLP, and then practised at Monk Goodwin LLP from her call until the firm's founding. Her practice covers business law, commercial and residential real estate, leases and mortgages, estate planning and administration, immigration law, franchise law, and trademark and copyright matters. She is president of the Asian Heritage Society of Manitoba and has served on the boards of several community organizations, including the Free Vietnamese Association of Manitoba.
