About Yashvir

Yashvir S. Uppal is a lawyer at EverTrust Law, providing services in civil litigation, personal injury, real estate, wills and estates, and notary and document services in Ontario. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Hertfordshire in England in 2022 with First Class Honours, receiving the Taylor Walton Scholarship as the top performer in Property Law. After completing the National Committee on Accreditation process, he passed the Ontario Bar examinations in 2024 and completed the Law Practice Program offered by the Law Society of Ontario. He then articled at a civil litigation firm in Toronto before being called to the Ontario Bar in 2025 and founding EverTrust Law.
