About Hershvir

Hershvir S. Uppal is a lawyer at EverTrust Law, providing services in civil litigation, personal injury, real estate, wills and estates, and notary and document services, and is licensed to practise in both Ontario and Alberta. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Hertfordshire in England in 2019. After completing the National Committee on Accreditation process, he worked at a civil litigation firm in downtown Toronto from 2016 to 2022, then moved to Alberta and worked with several firms across litigation, personal injury, real estate, and estate matters. In late 2024 he returned to Ontario to open EverTrust Law with his brother, and in 2025 he was called to both the Ontario Bar and the Alberta Bar.
