Sonia Vaknin is the founder of Vaknin Law Professional Corporation, a Toronto boutique firm focused on tax, business, and corporate law. She was called to the bar in 1998 and has spent much of her career as Director of Taxation at HS & Partners LLP Chartered Professional Accountants, the firm's affiliate CPA practice. Her work covers estate planning, corporate tax minimization, reorganizations, and mergers and acquisitions.
