About Yael
Yael Kogan is a litigator known for her strategic mindset and close attention to detail, and she enjoys working through complex legal problems to find solutions tailored to each client's goals. Her commercial and civil litigation practice covers business disputes such as breach of contract and shareholder or partnership disagreements, along with complex torts, claims of professional negligence, product liability matters, and regulatory issues. She has advocated for clients before all levels of the Ontario courts as well as various administrative and regulatory tribunals. In an earlier role at a boutique civil litigation firm, Yael handled matters involving health law, insurance coverage, construction disputes, class actions, professional liability, and property claims, in addition to human rights complaints and employment-related wrongful dismissal cases.
