William Kelly earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor in 1989 and was called to the bar in 1991. He practised in Windsor for two years before forming McNeely, Kelly Barristers & Solicitors in Oshawa with Gary McNeely in 1993, and has focused his practice on commercial and civil litigation.
