About William

William C. De Lucia is a member of the Law Society of Ontario who holds a B.Comm and J.D. from Queen's University and completed Harvard University's Negotiation Workshop as an ADR certification. He is a retired deputy judge of the Small Claims Court and the Superior Court of Justice in Toronto and is professor emeritus in Seneca College's law program.
