Welaththanthrige Niran Marshall Perera is the founding director of Marshall's Wider World Immigration Service. He is a Barrister and Solicitor with the Law Society of Ontario and a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant authorized to advise clients on Canadian immigration matters. He is also an Attorney at Law and a member in good standing with the Bar Association of Sri Lanka. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Honours from the University of London in the United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura in Sri Lanka, and he has completed the National Committee on Accreditation's Certificate of Qualification through the Federation of Law Societies of Canada. His practice covers Express Entry, the Federal Skilled Worker and Federal Skilled Trades programs, Provincial Nominee Programs, the Canadian Experience Class, study visas, and family sponsorship matters.
