Maxine Birdsell was called to the bar in 2009 and began her career in civil litigation with a focus on insurance law at Mackesy Syme LLP in Hamilton. She appeared before numerous tribunals, including the WSIB, WSIAT, and the Social Benefits Tribunal. Her current practice focuses on estate planning, estate administration, and estate litigation.
