Warren N. Sproule, K.C. is a Partner at Kanuka Thuringer LLP in Regina, with a broad corporate commercial practice emphasizing commercial transactions, insurance and financial services regulation, commercial finance, and insolvency. For more than 35 years he has advised entrepreneurial and institutional clients doing business in Saskatchewan, drawing on experience across practice areas to advise on complex, integrated legal and business issues while continuing to guide entrepreneurs through start-up and expansion. Sproule chaired the boards of Saskatchewan Government Insurance and the Saskatchewan Auto Fund from 2008 to 2013, and has been listed in The Best Lawyers in Canada since 2008 for Banking and Finance Law and Insolvency and Financial Restructuring. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance with Great Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan (1980) and a J.D. with Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan (1981), was admitted to the Saskatchewan Bar in 1982, and was appointed Queen's Counsel in 2009.
