Warren Milne is a family lawyer with 28 years of experience as a negotiator, mediator, and litigator, practising across Ontario from Midland to Toronto. He handles separation, custody, support, and property division matters, and works to resolve most files through negotiation or mediation rather than trial. Milne trained as an engineer before practising law, which he draws on when working through the financial and property aspects of a file.
