About Vijay

Vijay Maharaj leads Mamann Sandaluk's U.S. Immigration Team, focusing on U.S. business immigration across a broad set of non-immigrant categories, including B, E, F, H-1B, J, L, O, TN, R, and Start-Up visas, as well as employment-based immigrant petitions such as PERM and I-140 filings and adjustment of status applications. He also handles family-based cases, complex Requests for Evidence, appeals, and inadmissibility issues, working alongside the firm's partners on high-volume corporate immigration matters. Before moving into immigration law, Vijay spent more than thirteen years in Human Resources leadership, experience that shapes how he connects with clients. He holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of London and a BBA in Human Resource Management from the Australian Institute of Business.
