About Vadim
Vadim Kats is a partner whose practice centres on civil litigation, representing individuals and corporations in personal injury matters, commercial disputes, CPP appeals, insurance disability disputes, employment terminations, and class actions and mass torts. He has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and various administrative tribunals. Born in Russia, Vadim immigrated to Canada as a teenager and remains active in the Russian community, serving on the board of Moan Noam Congregation of Canada and the Jewish Cultural and Educational Network. He is fluent in Russian and English. Vadim holds a B.A. and M.A. in politics from York University and a J.D. from the University of Windsor, and was admitted to the Ontario bar in 2000. He belongs to the Advocates' Society, the Toronto Lawyers Association, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
