About Ubanna

Ubanna Okebugwu is the founding principal of UO Law. After working at a large law firm, she came to value the personalized service her own clients now receive and built her practice around it. She is an internationally trained lawyer with broad experience in real estate, business, immigration, and wills and estate law, holding licenses to practice in two countries, including Ontario, where she has worked for over a decade as a member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario. Before founding her firm she worked at boutique firms focused on business and immigration law. She has also served in various nonprofit leadership roles, including board director and governance committee chair, and mentors students through high school and paralegal co-op programs.
