UO Law, formally U. Okebugwu Law, is a small law firm in Pickering, Ontario, serving Durham Region and the wider GTA. Founding lawyer Ubanna Okebugwu set up the practice after working at a large law firm, wanting clients to get personal attention rather than feel like a file number. The firm handles real estate transactions (purchases, sales, refinancing and mortgages), immigration applications (from Express Entry and spousal sponsorship to work and study permits and appeals), business law (incorporations, corporate filings and contract drafting), and wills, powers of attorney and estate matters.

Okebugwu is an internationally trained lawyer with a dual licence to practice law, one of the two jurisdictions being Ontario, and has practised law in Ontario for more than a decade as a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. Before opening the firm, Okebugwu worked at other firms with a focus on business and immigration law. The office itself is small: a real estate law clerk works alongside the founding lawyer on closings, and an admin and marketing coordinator handles client communication. It sits at 1305 Pickering Parkway, a short walk from the Pickering GO Station, with virtual consultations available for clients who are not local.
