About Shanelle

Shanelle Dover is the founder of Dover Legal, practising civil litigation, regulatory defence, and administrative law. Before starting her own firm, she worked at a national Toronto-based firm on trial advocacy, legal research, and written submissions, and later practised at a regulatory law firm representing professionals in registration, disciplinary, and investigative matters before their governing bodies. Prior to her call to the Ontario Bar, she spent nearly a decade in banking, most recently in anti-money laundering, which she says informs her work on litigation and regulatory matters. She is also a professionally trained mediator and offers virtual legal and mediation services across Ontario.
