About Tyler

Tyler Perozni advises a wide range of businesses, from dentists and orthodontists to construction firms and oil patch companies, on corporate and commercial matters. He also practises residential and commercial real estate and civil litigation stemming largely from business disputes, and represents both employers and employees in wrongful termination, constructive dismissal, and severance matters. Tyler was a founding member of the Acheson Business Association and has served as its legal counsel since its inception, and he sits on the executive and board of the Spruce Grove and District Chamber of Commerce. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Calgary in 1997, earned his LLB from the University of Alberta in 2000, and was admitted to the bar in 2001.
