About Tyler
Tyler Donnelly is an Associate in the business law practice group at Willis Business Law, advising on corporate governance, commercial transactions and risk management. Born and raised in St. Clair Beach, he joined the firm as a summer and articling student before being called to the Ontario bar in 2025. Before entering private practice he held leadership roles with the Government of Alberta, advising on policy development and legislative reform.
