About Zuber Brioux

Zuber Brioux is a two-lawyer personal injury firm based in Kingston, Ontario. Tony Zuber and Paul Brioux have worked together at the firm for more than 25 years, representing plaintiffs in motor vehicle, slip and fall, disability, and other injury claims across Eastern Ontario, including Ottawa and the surrounding area. Zuber graduated from Queen's University's law school in Kingston in 1995 and was called to the Ontario bar in 1997. Brioux earned an LL.B. from the University of Alberta in 1996 and was called to the bar in 1998. Both lawyers are members of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the local Frontenac law association.

The firm doesn't confine itself to office meetings. It offers home, hospital, and virtual consultations, and both lawyers travel to see clients throughout the region, including Kanata, Barrhaven, Stittsville, Orleans, and Carleton Place. Cases are handled on a contingency basis, so clients pay no legal fees until a claim settles. Beyond litigation, Zuber has also built a mediation practice, training through the Harvard University Mediation Program and serving as a Deputy Judge of the Ontario Small Claims Court.
