About Tony

Tony Lagemaat is a criminal defence lawyer who represents clients at all levels of court throughout British Columbia. He is based in downtown Vancouver, near Gastown, and travels across the Lower Mainland and Western Canada for clients. His practice covers drug and trafficking charges, property crime, civil forfeiture proceedings, sexual offences, violent offences, fisheries offences, and driving-related charges, including impaired driving. Lagemaat has lectured in fisheries law at the UBC Indigenous Legal Clinic.
