About Tom
Tom Brooker is a graduate of McGill University who has been called to the Ontario Bar since 1988. His civil litigation practice focuses on personal injury and employment law, including clients suffering from chronic pain, fibromyalgia, myofascial pain, and head and traumatic brain injuries. He represents people seeking compensation for personal injuries as well as those whose insurance claims, including long-term disability benefits, have been denied. Many of his cases involve injuries that also affect the client's workplace and employment relationship. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
