About Michael

Michael Switzer is a litigator at Switzer Litigation who serves clients throughout Ontario. He graduated from the University of Western Ontario's Faculty of Law in 2001, articled at a leading Toronto litigation firm, and later founded the litigation department at an Ottawa law firm. He achieved what was then the largest settlement under Ontario's Bill 198 automobile insurance regime, and he holds a private pilot's license, which he obtained to better serve a client in aviation litigation.
