About Todd
Todd C. Hein is a founding partner of Boardwalk Law, practising family and divorce law since he was called to the Ontario bar in 1997. He has worked with individuals as well as small, medium, and large companies over the course of his career. Todd favours a practical, cost-conscious approach to litigation and has mediated dozens of cases to resolution. When matters can't be settled amicably, he takes them to trial and has appeared at every level of the Ontario courts, including the Superior Court, Divisional Court, and Court of Appeal. He holds an Honours BA in Philosophy from the University of Western Ontario, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and a Master of Laws from the University of Notre Dame, earned cum laude. Outside the office, he enjoys skiing, golf, and running, and takes part in community and charitable initiatives.
