About Tina
Tina D. Radimisis is a partner at Jewell Radimisis Jorge LLP with over 23 years of experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury litigation. She graduated Magna Cum Laude in Political Science before attending Osgoode Hall Law School and being called to the bar, and she has practiced at firms specializing in plaintiff personal injury since 2000. Her practice covers slip and falls, motor vehicle accidents, product liability, dog bites, short and long-term disability benefits, school board negligence claims, accident benefits, wrongful death cases and catastrophic and spinal cord injuries. Tina is fluent in Greek and has been active outside the courtroom, chairing the Women's Caucus of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association in 2008 and 2009 and serving on its Board of Directors from 2008 to 2018. She received the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association's Women's Trial Lawyers Award in 2016 and its Distinguished Service Award in 2018, and she belongs to the Ontario Bar Association, the Hellenic Lawyers Association, The Advocates' Society, the American Association of Justice and the Women's Law Association. In 2024 she served on an Ontario Bar Association working group that made submissions on proposed changes to the Rules of Civil Procedure, and she remains an assessor for the Law Practice Program at the Lincoln Alexander School of Law.
