About Michelle

Michelle F. Jorge has spent more than two decades helping people who have suffered serious injuries, appearing before the Ontario Superior Court as well as the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Licence Appeal Tribunal and the ODSP Tribunal. Her files cover catastrophic determination disputes, accident benefits, defective products, dog attacks, disability insurance and motor vehicle claims. She has chaired committees and lectured extensively for the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, where she spent a decade as Director before receiving its Distinguished Service Award in 2018 and its Women's Caucus Award in 2020. Michelle is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
