About Timothy

Tim is the president and managing partner of Burnham Law Group. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta in 2003 and a law degree from the same university in 2006, then moved to Grande Prairie to join the firm. His practice today centers on corporate matters, estate planning and administration, and residential and commercial real estate transactions, after years focused on family law and civil litigation. He's a qualified mediator and collaborative family law lawyer, and he draws on earlier experience as a Realtor when advising clients on real estate deals. Tim is active locally, including with the Grande Prairie Music Parents' Association, the Grande Prairie Public School District Education Foundation, and past leadership roles with the Canadian Bar Association's Alberta council.
