About Tiffany
Tiffany Stokes has an active litigation practice covering the full range of family law, including divorce, decision-making, guardianship, parenting, support, family property division, prenuptial and cohabitation agreements, contested adoptions and mobility disputes. She was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina, graduated summa cum laude from Meredith College, and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta in 2012, articling with the Edmonton Community Legal Centre before her call to the bar in 2013. Tiffany joined Latitude Family Law in 2024 after being a lawyer and partner at a mid-sized family law firm, is a sessional instructor in family law at the University of Alberta, and serves as Chair of the Board of the Edmonton Community Legal Centre and President of the Edmonton Bar Association.
