Thomas Masterson is an Associate in Harrison Pensa LLP's Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy group and Litigation and Dispute Resolution group, representing institutional creditors, debtors, trustees, and receivers in the enforcement of security and in commercial bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings.
